Jason joined CLEAR in January 2020, with 20 years experience in the insurance industry. The past 15 of these were spent in commercial insurance, developing and building niche schemes varying from commercial to property owners. In his spare time Jason likes to spend time with his family (wife and 2 young girls) which takes up a lot of time. He has an interest in music and plays the drums when he can and he also likes various sports including rugby and football (although being an Aston Villa supporter does make it hard sometimes).

John started his career in the insurance industry in 2018. A rugby and football fan following Swansea City, John is also an avid runner having completed the Sheffield Half Marathon this year.
